Terms of service.
A small set of agreements between you and ENDRRA — without legal language unless it is doing real work.
Last updated: 2026-10-17.
These terms cover the small set of agreements between you and ENDRRA when you use the site and place an order. We have tried to write them the way we would want to read them — plainly, and without leaning on legal language unless it is actually doing work.
By using the site or placing an order, you are agreeing to what is written here.
About ENDRRA.
ENDRRA is operated by [TODO: legal entity name, type — e.g. Ltd], a company registered in England and Wales under company number [TODO: company registration number], with its registered office at [TODO: registered address]. Where we say "we" or "us", we mean the same.
Orders and acceptance.
Placing an order through the site is an offer to buy, not a finished contract. We accept that offer when we send your order confirmation. If something is wrong on our end — a pricing error, a stock issue, a fulfilment problem — we may decline or cancel the order and refund you in full. We will always tell you why.
The first run.
Our first run is not open for orders yet. Join the waitlist and we will write to you when it is ready. Once it opens, the expected ship window is shown on the product page at the time of purchase, and payment is taken at the time you order. We will email you when your order ships. If the ship date moves, we will tell you honestly and as early as we can, and you may cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships.
Pricing and availability.
Prices for UK customers are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice. We do our best to keep stock and pricing accurate; on the rare occasion we do not, see "Orders and acceptance" above.
A note on handmade silk.
Each piece is woven, cut, and finished by hand. Small variations in colour, weave, and finish are part of how this is made — two pillowcases in the same colour will look like the same colour, but they will not be machine-identical, and we would not want them to be. Photographs on the site are honest, but screens and lighting differ; the piece in your hands may look slightly cooler or warmer than the one on your screen.
Your statutory rights.
If you are buying as a consumer, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that we cannot exclude or limit. In particular, the goods we sell must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If they are not, you have the right to a refund, repair, or replacement, depending on the circumstance and timing. Nothing in these terms takes those rights away.
You also have a statutory right to cancel a distance-purchase order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — see our refund policy for how this works in practice.
Shipping, returns, and refunds.
The terms for shipping, returns, and refunds are set out in our shipping policy and refund policy. Those policies form part of these terms and sit alongside your statutory rights, not in place of them.
Use of the site.
The site, the photographs, the writing, the brand name, and the ENDRRA mark are ours, and we would like to keep it that way. You are welcome to share the site, link to a product, or post a photograph of an order with credit. Please do not republish our writing or photography commercially without asking — we usually say yes if you ask.
Reviews and submissions.
If you leave a review, write to us, or send us a photograph, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to share that content with credit (first name, city) on the site and our channels. Tell us if you would rather we did not, and we will not.
Things we cannot promise.
We make every piece carefully, but we are not responsible for damage caused by use against our care guidance — bleach, hot tumble drying, harsh detergents, and so on. Our care page is the most thorough resource here and it is part of the spirit of these terms.
Limitation of liability.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law — including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or a product.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be heard by the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts; nothing here removes that right.
Changes.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page; material changes will be noted at the top.
