Refund policy.

If something is not right, we will do our best to make it so.

Last updated: 2026-10-17.

We make each piece carefully, and we want you to be quietly pleased with it. If something is not right, we will do our best to make it so.

This policy sits alongside your rights under English consumer law — in particular, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Where the law gives you more, the law applies.

Your statutory right to cancel — 14 days.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you are a UK or EU consumer buying at a distance, you have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, write to [email protected] with your order number before the 14 days are up.

You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us. We will refund the full amount, including the standard outbound shipping you paid, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or evidence that you have sent them, whichever is sooner). The cost of return postage is your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was not what you ordered.

Our 30-day return window.

On top of the statutory 14-day cancellation right, we offer a longer brand promise: you may return any unworn ENDRRA piece within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The piece needs to come back in its original packaging — the soft box and muslin pouch — and in unworn, unwashed condition. Tags, where present, should still be attached.

This includes the contour sleep mask. We considered making the mask final-sale for hygiene reasons, but as long as it comes back unworn and in its original packaging, we would rather meet you where you are.

The pillowcase must be unwashed to be returnable. Once silk has been laundered, even gently, it cannot be resold.

Cancelling before it ships.

For our first run, you may cancel any order for a full refund at any time before the parcel ships. Write to [email protected] with your order number and we will take care of it. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within three to five working days.

How to start a return.

Write to [email protected] with your order number and a short note on what you would like to return. We will send instructions and a return address. Please do not ship anything back without writing to us first — it makes things harder on both ends, and we want yours processed quickly.

Return shipping.

The cost of return postage is the customer’s responsibility, except where the piece arrived damaged, defective, or was not what you ordered — in which case we cover it and apologise. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refund timing.

For statutory cancellations under the 14-day right, we will refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or evidence of dispatch). For our 30-day return promise, we issue refunds within three to five working days of confirming the return is in returnable condition. Refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few additional days to show it on your statement.

Damaged or defective on arrival.

If your parcel arrives damaged, or there is a fault with the silk itself, write to [email protected] within seven days of delivery, with a photograph. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to a full refund, repair, or replacement if the goods are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described. We will sort it without quibble, including covering any return postage.

Exchanges.

We do not currently process exchanges directly. If you would like a different size or colour, the cleanest path is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Sale items and gift orders.

Any item bought at a discount during a promotion is returnable on the same terms above unless the product page says otherwise. Gift orders can be refunded to the original purchaser, or — if you would rather they not see — exchanged for store credit of the same value.

A note on rights you have under the law.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer in the UK or EU. Where those rights are more generous than what is written here, those rights apply.
